We have no bias and are completely independent, only focused on the clients’ requirements. We have no favoured suppliers that we consistently advocate. We make recommendations and arrange introductions to new suppliers. We also offer annual “support” to clients where we continue to help with ongoing rates and introductions to new suppliers.
